SESSION ONE SESSION TWO SESSION THREE
Meditation is vital. Try to sit for 5-10 minutes each day. Check-in: how are you feeling in your space? Invite a little movement. We will start our art journals. We will discuss sharing our contacts (phone/email/Instagram etc.) and how to be in touch and support each other in our art practice. We will co-create ease as you explore your home space. We will create dance, words, and visual art (on or off camera to your comfort).
Alternatively, you can lie on the floor and breathe. I will lead you through several meditations.
From moment to moment, you will be invited to check in with yourself. We will share songs and share your playlists with the group. We all need more music in our lives. Bring a poem to share. We will speak about what we have found in our creative explorations between sessions. I will review how movement, meditation, and art journals support your long-term ease. You will have time in pairs to share your process of expressive arts.
The teacher, Bridget, is in heels, a ribbed tank, jeans, and a hat.
There is no wrong or right way to be in this space. This space will be for you, and we will co-create it together. All in our safe enough zoom boxes. Check out my Instagram page to start your own art process now.

We will invite a sense of enlivenment. This week is all about show and tell. Celebrate what you have created for yourself over these weeks. You will know each other more from the private Instagram page and individual contacts. You will be in touch via email, Zoom, or phone, to your comfort.
This workshop provides a supportive space for participants to engage in personal and collective self-exploration and expression.
& NO dance experience is needed.
This week, you will read your poem, dance, or share your art pages. To nourish ourselves, we have to risk; if we wish, we expand!
"What you risk reveals what you value."
― Jeanette Winterson, Written on the Body
<aside> 👯♂️ With a focus on themes of pleasure, desire, intimacy, and sexuality, we are going to dive in. Discussion of food as nourishment will also be integrated into the workshop experience. You can literally have food with you! We will begin to unpack our relationship to food and nourishing ourselves in ALL the ways we possibly can.

"Nourish, Allow, Expand" (subtitle) "Food, Sex, Art" is a dynamic and immersive experience that supports participants in accessing and expressing their sensual and creative selves, deepening their connection with their bodies, desires, and pleasure.
Each week, we will build on these themes and be in touch via a private Instagram page you will be invited to after you register.
The teacher's living room art space, with her sweet rescue taking over the canvas. A cityscape is seen in the background. Three shelves of books lean against the dark gray wall.
There is a suggested price of $333 for my total costs of running, preparation, and meeting with you once individually within the class time; however, text me to discuss a reduced fee. Since 2020, I have offered 10% of my yearly income to flow through to mutual aid efforts. Read more here (click the link). Also linked here is a tool to help you find your right spot on the above scale.
Reach out with ANY questions!
I can’t wait to see you there and be in touch before to help you nurture your current healing practices as you wish. The teaching portions of these sessions will be recorded.
