Who’s this program for? I help LGBTQIA+ folks through BIG transitions by committing to small yet profound daily practices.

Are you an individual navigating a big transition? Whether related to midlife, career changes, or gender identity, I will help you if you seek support with day-to-day well-being strategies. You may have left for college and need support as you launch. Maybe your kid just left for college, and you are thinking, “What next?” Divorce, the death of a loved one, or the recent birth of a child are some of the most impactful changes humans go through. I am here for it all.

Price: one hour of coaching weekly over eight weeks; $2400.

After the first three weeks of hourly individual coaching, you can break your coaching sessions into 30-minute blocks (two sessions per week). This might help you keep more consistent with your new routines.

During this coaching program, you will also have access to Marco Polo to send me videos with questions or insights: https://www.marcopolo.me

<aside> ⭐ Why encourage change amid transition? Simply because it is possible. I have had trouble with routines most of my adult life, but as I came out of my marriage to a cis man and stepped into my queerness seven years ago, I have committed to an almost daily art journaling practice.

Photo ID: In this photo, many circles are attached to what looks like small trees. Shoots and leaves are attached to the plant stems in green. I often paint things that look like plants sprouting out of the ground. This 20-minute watercolor practice exemplifies expressive arts journaling, which I can teach you. I have had no formal art training, and my art practice grows and flourishes!

Why me? Why now?

Here are four descriptions of why you might be a right fit for my program:

  1. You need deep support amid a change.

2) You feel lonely in your transition. You worry, “…maybe my friends are tired of hearing about my grief/transition.”

  1. You are going to therapy, but day by day, you have trouble with your well-being routines.

I believe in community care (aka self-care). As soon as I have two coaching clients, you can all meet if you’d like. There will be a Mighty Network where you can share art, practices, and struggles. Check out our Mighty Network now, a place to meet other LBGTQ folks in transition. You may join this space if you are already a committed art maker or meditation-seeker. Just request an invite.

  1. Lack of motivation can show up when you press the snooze button and order in every night (forgetting you don’t mind cooking sometimes; believe me, I have been there)! Maybe you are skipping work or class to try to “get ahead” of your mental health struggles. This also makes a ton of sense, yet it’s not sustainable. Does any of this sound like you?

I have many resources ready for you to dig into now: https://tinyurl.com/smallsteps2024

<aside> 💐 MY BELIEF AND HOPE IN THIS COURSE'S IMPACT: “When I was married to a lovely guy, I felt lost, pretty hopeless, and confused. Art, movement, and meditation helped me step into my full life.” I believe these profound practices can help you through change and leave you feeling even more whole after this huge transition.
